We use Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) to turn voice signals into data which can be carried across the Internet. Unlike the traditional phone networks, the Internet does not charge by data volume or by connection time. Once you have set up your Internet connection, you can use it as long as you like for no extra charge. Consequently voice calls travel free with your data.

Eventually most calls will need to enter the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) for connection to their destination. We offer such a PSTN breakout, however, we couple ours with Least Cost Routing (LCR). Here the call is routed to a low-cost carrier. This ensures calls benefit from the lowest cost throughout their route.
